I am going to hazard seven years to first production - 2029.
Permitting is both complex and finite. Expect noise.
There is a large, very high grade Cu cherry right on top of the Arctic deposit. Instant FCF to fund capex.
Cannot credibly run this major mining project on diesel, except ore roasting. Wind + batteries. Electric Caterpillars. Electric trucks. The technology is coming up fast, but Arctic cold complicates the equation. Miners will really appreciate clean power and torque of electric motors.
