None of the directors options are "in the money". They all have respectable stretch targets to achieve before their options vest. 18c on average from memory. So not quite sure what you are aluding to?

Sorry you've lost money certified, if I was to sell now I'd be in the red as well. However, I've bought with the plan of holding for 5 years and I'm only one year in so I expect I'll see a few ups and downs over that period.
