I saw the 10.5% in the CFE presentation as well, and listing it as a producing asset in trindad is a little presumptuous considering the deal has not gone through yet. Well at least we know what TS's interest in MHL is now.
When does CFE have to declare they are a substantial MHL holder?
I thought it was 5% or is it 20% before they have to declare their interest to ASX?
