Surely the Trinity exercise is material to the company. It was made on the 27th of April yet it was released in the quarterly late yesterday.
I believe directors need to release material information as soon as it comes to hand. If it came to hand after market on Friday, it should have been announced first thing Monday. I guess they haven't complied with the listing rules. Probably wanted to hide the disgrace of them making money at our expense in the quarterly ramble.
