This is good news. Vic's opinion is really of no consequence and you do give him more than his due by adverting to him as if he were significant. However, as long as the sp remains as low as it is, whatever the spin put upon that fact, it does give us all cause for concern and does give ammunition for doubters and pranksters such as Vic to have some fun.
A solid increase in the sp is the only remedy. I wish it would happen sooner rather than later
