When the MOUs with Trinseo and Wyon were first announced the usual rampers hyperventilated. I and a minority of posters pointed out that an MOU isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. It was true then and it’s still true. Not only that, but there has been “radio silence” ever since. This company has got prior form on that: shout something from the rooftops but later, when it comes to nothing, they clam up like an oyster. IMO they’d gain a tiny bit of respect if they just admitted failures when they happen, rather than keep SH guessing.
