RemyMaxim - I don't understand your positioning? Are you saying its an unfunded distribution? That conflicts with the announcement on 19/3 re: distribution update pointing to the payment of the 3.0 cent distribution in full (noting that 62% was tax deferred).

Also to Egordemon's point, this turns around when they are able to demonstrate that the NTA is real in the market and, in this regard, it's a great time to be putting a portfolio of Australian assets to the market. Fingers crossed for an outcome in line with other market transactions.
