This is a false statement that you keep repeating. It is pretty easy to calculate the revenue and expenses of the underlying assets and then dividend coverage. (I did that in an earlier post and was not challenged). NEW's revenue doesn't support its dividend. It's even worse with the recent sale of 50% of Mt Signal (to another EP fund). This is the reason why the share price is so low and will remain low. Paying dividends out of capital (and borrowings).
