    Hi Hotazel,

    Good article.... Althoug 3 years too late. There were a few if us back in 2011 saying how stupid "naive" mngt was to hand over sdl for 57c tying us down to a dubious buyer, with no possibility of shopping the deal therby providing all the upside for the buyer and massive downside for the owners should deal drag on ......

    Regarding the millions being paid to current mngt..... One word - grubs!
