    Sorry one more thing that the judge will have to do is say how much damages will have to be paid to axiom. Then remembering that we have only drilled 6 meters down and it gets higher in grades.. This deposit could end up 2-3 times the size it already is. With this in mind, when we win SMM should want to pay damages straight away incase the bill triples in price...
