The focus, IMO, should not be on the signing of the deal. It seems to be leaning more towards it being merely finalised rather than it still being decided upon.
The focus should primarily be on funding. This will be the key as to whether this stock sees multiples of today's SP or not. Market seems to have already taken into consideration the deal is done pending a notification of such. The market however, has not taken into place what funding, if any, will occur and how so, once the deal is announced officially.
Funding is what we should all be speculating on now.
