OK Tibby and all and sunDry (hehe little pun) Why on Earth would the two Indian companies and ESI be seeking approval from the Indian Government to sign a tripartite agreement if the answer was anything but YES. This is by far the best time we have had in months to top up. We are about to see the birth of a billion dollar company in the making.
