For what its worth, some info gleaned from various Annual reports etc. from 2006 -today
Doesn't really highlight much to me, other than there is a sheit load of shares on issue with the same amount to be exercised fairly soon.
IMO, once the Announcement is out re the agreement, then the Platinum gang will move into action and do their thing re option exercise and then EGM may be called for vote on Consolidation, my guess at around 20:1. .
Wonder how Platinum's ECT Corporate Strategic review is going?
Would be nice to get an update on this.
