    I use a very simplistic TA which seems to work quite well (70% of the time)..this uses monthly charts, and according to this, if OGC can close at 3.64 by this months end, it will become a great buy....and I will average down by doubling down as my current average price is about 4.22....keeping fingers crossed! GLTAH
