Signs that point to it being fake:
- The cash is never used as if it didn't exist.
- The interest it earns is inconsistent with the amount that sits there
- Promises of 25% div payout from IPO and management assurances don't eventuate
- No instos/smart money on the register
- Director sells stock at a steep discount to NTA
- Escrowed holders selling with no regards for price
Signs that point to the cash pile being real:
- Assurances by auditors
Until a real catalyst comes along, I'll stay well away. If its too good to be true, then it probably is...
