There are three points at which the share price dips lower:
1. On issuance of placed shares
2. Just before time for acceptances of rights issue funds closes
3. After issue of rights issue share price.
The share price did not go down when it went ex-rights so I guess now is when we are facing part of the dilution.
IT can be very happy having sold his shares at 36.5 c to pay for his rights issue. I have got two words for him.
