I think the market is waiting on details of the next quarterly report. A short term catalyst could be if a good deal turns in -"potential separation of ART and Face business" - which I think is a selloff of one section of the business that could lead to repayment of debt and potentially some return of revenue to shareholders (possibly hence the 'dividends to be announced'in the results) All these are just speculations and some informed input would be appreciated from ayone who is in the know
