I guess that will depend on how long the EL takes to come thru Ungung. The longer it takes the more it plays into the Chinese hands.
But then if the Mozambican Chinese connections want the synergies of a relatively seamless transition from their current mine construction to Ancuabe surely they’ll want to see a timely project advancement.
