As KC says - it would appear we have a much better chance of receiving all our cash back plus interest and costs now we see we are not just relying on a few home sales!

Esra's legal team would appear to have taken the correct route agreeing to help pay it all back - surely will help with sentencing if/when this finally gets to court. Dr Rob I guess was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Agree guilt - and PERHAPS keep his name out of the press or fight it and have your face splashed all over he Monash staff noticeboard. Each to their own but when you seemingly have the mastermind as a cooperative witness it is a very brave move. Any thoughts that Harry isn't dealing with this as we expected should be erased after these announcements this week.....say what you want about management and our board but one thing we aren't short of and that is legal expertise and this train is now on autopilot through to it's natural conclusion and that isn't looking pretty for the accused.

We now have 5 of the 6 named (Esra + husband + mum, rob + wife) , either the 6th is the private company mentioned or someone is sitting at home very nervously this weekend waiting for Harry's next move.
