The issue will be insurance companies.
I'd actually like to see Acadia reveal which insurance companies will cover trof should it be approved. Ie. Get confirmations ahead of any approval.
Think about it. If your insurance company ABC isn't covering it, but XYZ is, you have to switch.
What's the waiting period after signing up with the new company?
What are the caveats related to joining a new insurance company with a pre exisiting condition?
I'm with sillazze that $50,000 is about right. But based on expected peak sales revenue I think it will be more like $80k.
To use a figure of $220k you are looking at peak sales of around 2,000 patients.
