The amazing Mel Lancaster has provided a detailed journal (videos and notes) of her daughter’s changes during the first Phase 2 trial of trofinetide in Rett syndrome.
It’s important to note that participants in this early trial received either 35mg/kg or 70 mg/kg dosing over 4 weeks, compared with 200mg/kg dosing over 12 weeks used in the Phase 3 trial.
