I suspect the board was expecting TJN to come out fighting at some stage. they have made it very clear that they want to exit the A Class register.

I also suspect that TJN will try to negotiate an exit price driven by the legal threat. The legal avenue worked before and failed for TJN.

I suspect that the board will announce a buy back, as the share price lifts TJN will sell into the market before the final vote and clear their holding of A Class.

Not sure at what price the board would consider a buy back maybe around 70 to 75 cents.
