Bottomfeeder, regarding your assumed buyback price: Now that the company has no reasonable reason to withhold paying the entitlement of a 14c ff Class A dividend, what value would that give to those shares?

With absolutely incensed shareholders in both classes, and the activist shareholders (not just Trojan) about to embark on further actions against this Board, do you honestly think that same Board is going to try an absurdly low-ball attempt yet again?
Your mentioning of there being no legal recourse to the situation, and your bandying of a low-price buyback, tells me you're either up there with the fairies, or a paid stooge of the Board.
Which one is it? Get a good lawyer to explain to you the legal meaning of 'discretion', and the legal meaning of 'entitlement', and then you'll change your mind.
