the tide will eventually turn for CTO, although risk of the charters towers mine not living up to expectation still weighs heavily on the SP, i think over time, as the mine slowly starts to meet projections, beat them, and develop into what it should be, then CTO will be a valued stock...in comparison to the position of other gold miners, if you want to believe in the future, then this is a HUGE buy right now...if in 3 years time CTO are able to mine 200,000 OZ + then it will be a ten bagger from here
