If you load up under $2.70 will you also take up your offer if the shares are trading below that price at close of offer? What % of the 58 million shares do you think will be taken up by retail investors if the shares are under $2.70 when the retail offer closes?
It might be a bit uncomfortable if underwriters are left holding a big parcel given institutions have already taken up placements and entitlements and shortfalls. Remember the institutional offer was pitched when the price was $3.17.
It all makes quarterly report an important document that's for sure.
