As many have said, this is just a gamble on the future price of gold. I am pretty experienced, and I am NOT a gambler. I will not be adding to my RRL holding in the foreseeable future: there are much better places in the precious metals arena for me to put any extra money.
This reminds me of BHP's pathetic purchase of the North American shale assets ie running around with a big bucket of money and getting over-excited.
