FMG's future is assured thanks to Twigs and on it's way to one day challenging BHP & RIO in IO.
Even if Twigs were to be disqualified, he will always be a part of FMG's everyday business.
With 30% of the shares and all the goodwill and connections he has developed since the inception of the company, he will still be a key figure making the calls in the background (no matter what title he adopts). No doubt, his reputation would be tarnished as a result of this witch hunt.
Having said that, he may not get the disqualification even if FMG doesn't appeal, it's too early to say.
Some short term pain perhaps, but long term FMG's future could not be brighter.
