Just be very carefull even with all the dignatories attending the opening of the mine, things can turn badly.
I had my experience with LAF where the president was attending the opening and made this mine The showcase of the country.
LAF has become a disaster and lucky I could sell out for a small loss at the time.
Ofcourse Zambia is not the Phillipines but it still has its risks.
