I spoke to MT before the last & final LD debarkle. During the LD debarkle, he would not even return my calls.

And I have a very civil (but straightforward telephone manner).

But before that I spoke to him numerous times about RWD and IRC.

Especially regarding IRC, nothing was achieved.

I recall the expectation of an IRC scoping study by the end of 2008 and it is now 2010.

OK. Resignation is possibly an extreme but the impression I gain is of an individualistic man unprepared to work with others.

MR has alot of projects to deal with and my view is he needs to hire some proven project developers.

An example is ELM. ELM secured a potash project in Africa and immediately hired two gun experienced proven project developers.

ELM just raised $9m at 35 cents and raised $ at 35 cents last year.

ELM are ticking all the boxes and RWD & IRC are not.

Everything is too slow & too rigid.

Whatever the issues, MR's two appeals to the govt bodies was simply inappropriate. These bodies had no power and his appeals were an indicator of his incompetence.

He need to negotiate the issues but instead, tried to bring in authoratarian authority and caused a stand off.

MR may have his skills but gives the impression of being deficient in certain important areas.
