taking action against bundok / lin would not be wise for the local community and the economy, it would send a bad message to other mining companies that employ and contribute greatly to their economy.
Still, they need to do it the right way, hopefully all is in order and this was nothing but another buying opportunity.
I expect an ANN to clarify shortly.
