You might also find that the government are happy to go slow until the ICT/Aurum appeal is heard. Once the decision is 100% final and the government owns 20% they may be more inclined to do some dirty work. Right now they have little motivation to do anything.

I would not want KGL to move to 100% ownership. I would want to remain 80% until atleast production. At which point we can look to acquire full ownership.

We would certainly benefit from government involvement, but if they dont really care, the next best thing would be for a local to buy in. A local company could win community support.

When compromising with the community, the wealthy should be the first winners followed by the whole community. But its imprtant to maintain a class seperation. The rich need to remain rich relative to the poor. Then everyone is happy.
