I have held KGL from 6 cents onward. I have sold now. This is the reason why I have got out. Locals can wait as long as they like-they live there. Also locals know that company can not wait for long. I understand locals are Muslims. Koran teaches: make treaties when you are weak, break treaties when you are strong. The locals are in strong position now. 1% royalty looks pitiful now. I think 3% to 5% is more realistic but I would not bet that that will be sufficient. Pray that I am wrong. I have been wrong on many occasions before.
