A generous salary, topped up with some consultancy fees and asking for another 2.8mil incentive performance shares.... Still couldn't get a clear picture on the COVID salary sacrificing, very evasive. Initially wouldn't buy shares as he claimed to be independent, now not allowed to purchase? Noticed the initial pre-agm vote seemed to be letting John know that shareholders think he has had more than enough with 35% against. The overall tone of the AGM was low.
