I punched in the numbers some time ago. Performance rights, consultancy fees on top of the salary, bonuses, etc... Obviously fluctuates but he's been paid $6.5m over the last 10 years. Just his salary component has doubled within the same period. A few years he claimed he took no holidays (who's checking anyway) and was paid like extra $100k in lieu for accrued holidays
So that's ~$650k average/year pay (some years have been more) to keep the share price where it was about a decade ago
