That suggestion is the most sensible post I have read on here for weeks.
Both KAR and FAR have the same market caps.
Both also have 80m possible boo in possible reserves.
KAR has $500m in cash just sitting there.
A merger of both will solve many problems.
It will also result in a strong cashed up company with assets in Africa and Brazil.
The hard part though is prising control from each companies executives as they are both self serving.
Sometimes the smart thing to do is the hardest thing to do though.
