    I would suspect that they have been in discussions on the finance for a while.. and know that they have it.

    look at the quarterly...they paid the first instalment to the deal...$500k 'sh.

    probably holding the news back to keep the share price low and have a big options shortfall which they and their buddies will pick up...

    then announce the news and watch the oppies be worth 10 times
