from a social point of view, the indian and sundanese communities wouldnt live anywhere else - whats a slum to you is HOME to another.
hence my earlier post - I live in Chelsea, when I moved here in 1997 my copper mates were like maaaaaaaaaate... don't move there, its the dumping ground for pentridge.
