The one thing you can say about Troy Buswell is that he is resilient. The amount of scrutiny he attracts because of his personality most people would have caved in to the pressure by now. I believe if he were to be judged solely on his parliamentary ability then he would been seen as very competent. Adele Carles on the other hand was very poor at her job, the whole time she was in politics it was like a soap opera, got voted in by pulling the heart strings of the Freo electorate. Why would she decide to approach the media with this revelation now, is she missing the limelight. I find it a bit hard hear her taking the moral high ground on this issue when she was complicit in her affair with Troy, whilst she had young children and a husband at home. I remember interviews with her on the ABC radio and whenever she could, would play the young family card as part of her campaigning to win the Freo seat.
