    Looking at that: Both M&G as well as dimensional are long established and bona fide investment firms. I wouldn't see them supporting Chatchai's proposal, unless they think it would be good for TAP. So far Chatchai didn't bother to explain how his proposal would be good for any share holder but him. So I guess it looks like we don't need to worry and can enjoy the low SP (for accumulation) while it last.
