    I believe a strategic review of Tap's operation is an excellent idea given the changing nature of the energy requirements of global emissions/climate change.  I am certain we will see a shift from petroleum to LNG energy over the next 10-15 years.  A special dividend from the proceeds of an asset sale would be nice
