Well, at this stage Chatchai holds 20%. If we assume that he does not control an army of strawmen holding further 30% of TAP shares (which would be probably illegal anyway), than there are 80% of the votes sitting on the other side of the table. As long as everybody makes sure they do vote, than I don't see how he could get through with his proposal.
