I'm still looking for anything more than 20k ounces at better than US1100/oz. (AIC). That will be a great result and confirm that they are getting back on track. That will facilitate the required debt repayment and leave some fcf. They will easily better the $1200 oz. price sold (before hedge) this quarter so there will be some upside to my previous calcs.
I think these numbers are achievable but my concern is more on the cost side of the equation than the production figure.
They should be able to get over some of the teething issues and then they can easily achieve profit of US $8 million per year after the debt is paid off.
