Morry, it's easy to understand Ando's frustration (I share it).

We clearly should have had EIS approval by now.
As Ando said, we were virtually promised the Ti off-take at the last AGM, which they haven't been able to achieve.

Financing is still illusive - believe me, there are many who still believe it can't be achieved (we're all betting it still can, but it will get harder each day that passes). It was clearly beyond management to deliver, hence outsourcing it (same as all other important remaining milestones).

Share price is lower than this time last year.

There was a lot of expectation by holders that there would be a steady news flow leading up to the AGM, with some significant updates, but alas, zero.

You can argue that a lot has been achieved, but all the 'soft updates' count for little while the above milestones remain outstanding.

Hence a close of 14c today.
