The number of shares distributed is arbitrary. The market will value the IPO based on the value of the company. It's just TNG trying to indicate what portion of the company they believe is being disposed of through sale to TRR.
You could end up with 10 shares worth $1 each, or 1000 shares worth 1c each (eg.). Makes no difference.
