How is everyone feeling about the TRR meeting and not yet having received any advice from ATO on adverse tax implications? After all, that was the reason for the initial delay.
You’d have expected a further postponement given people can’t really vote without the key bit of information.
Under the constitution, they have to give investors notice of 5 business days for a further postponement which would have been Wednesday just been. On this, it would seem the meeting is going ahead and people are voting blind?
Surely not? The only other option is they’ll have to open the meeting on Tuesday and adjourn to a future date to allow for the receipt of the ATO tax advice.
I would have thought a bit of communication on the matter wouldn’t go astray. You'd like the house to get in order so this can be put to bed.
