Thanks for the technical viewpoint. From a fundamental standpoint, what has been the driver over the last few trading days? Is a re-rate from a few players. Could that be a reason? I was expecting minimal action until we saw some results from the Tesco tie up. I might stay for a ride.

Tesco have recently decided to sell out of their partnership with Lotus - CP Group (Tesco-Lotus ) in Thailand / Malaysia which is a large player in the grocery / variety sector serving the mid - low end market there. I wonder if Tesco would have an appetite to expand on their Reject Shop supply arrangement in future.

The Reject Shop-Tesco tie up was annouced after the Lotus split so it is unlikely that Tesco would keep their warehousing in SE Asia. Does anyone know how the Tecso range are being handled in Australia? Is it a straight 3PL arranged by Reject Shop of have Tesco enter Australia directly.

The Tesco brand products were good sellers for UK expats in SE Asia and much sought after on some lines. I wonder how well Reject Shop will leverage off this with expats in oz.
