A) no announcement implies they are still treading water or making a loss for 2nd half of the year relying on the first half as per guidance.

B) collapse of discount retailer Poundworld in the UK doesnt send out good signals for discount retailing or private equity buyouts in that space. Appreciate a very different company in a different market but could be seen as a negative sign to some?
