Final divvy should be 11-14c if they hit NPAT guidance and keep 60% payout ratio (which they historically have followed). TRS have a history of keeping the market updated so I think chance of a significant shortfall is slim.
Hitting guidance gives a total dividend for the year of 35c - 37.5c a yield of 6.1% - 6.6%, can do a lot worse than that.
