I dont use terminals values, I prefer to see how many years it takes for the sum of all net income to exceed the current market cap. Obviously the less amount of years the better. I dont like how a slight adjustment in terminal rate can prompt a massive swing in price.
DCF's is all guesswork anyways. They are all wrong.
