odd that - I have been very unlucky when buying vehicles. I have four including a truck and in everyone the speedo is knackered. when the speed limit is 100 my speedo reads 90-98 - never 100. on roads that have a 90 my speedo reads 80 - 85 and on roads where the limit is 60 mine reads 55 - you get the drift.

it seems that every vehicle of mine constantly reads under the actual speed limit because I'm always following others who must be doing the real speed limit. surely none would drive under when it is safe and legal.

when I get the chance and the path is clear I manage to get to the limit as per my speedo but I seem to be exceeding the limit cos I pass just about everyone on the road....
